Peter worked his way through college at the University of Washington by working at Seattle's well-known purveyor of seafood, the Wild Salmon Seafood Market. He started his career in the industry as a fish cutter there and gained valuable experience with a wide variety of seafood products.

Carl Flockerzie | Pacific Terminals Inc.
Carl Flockerzie brings over two decades of experience in the transportation and seafood industries, making him a valuable addition to the Northwest Fisheries Association Board. As the Logistics Division Manager at Pacific Terminals Inc. in Seattle, WA, Carl has spent the past 12 years working closely with leading seafood companies such as Trident Seafoods, Orca Bay Foods, Alaskan Leader, E&E Foods, Ocean Beauty Seafoods, and more. With over 21 years of experience in the transportation industry and a deep understanding of LTL (less-than-truckload) logistics, Carl has developed solutions that directly support the needs of the seafood sector. A Northwest Fisheries Association member for more than 10 years, Carl is passionate about contributing to the future endeavors of NWFA and strengthening the industry's collective impact.

Will Rogers | Wild Alaska Company
Over the past decade, Will has held various roles in the Alaska seafood industry, including a significant tenure in the sales department at Icicle Seafoods. Currently, he serves as the buyer and category manager at Wild Alaskan Company, the largest seafood e-commerce company in the U.S. Will is excited to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to the Board of Trustees, particularly in fostering stronger ties between Wild Alaskan Company and Northwest fisheries.

Jana Singleton | Bank of America
Jana Singleton is a Senior Vice President at Bank of America in Seattle. She has been a food banker for the past 18 years with Wells Fargo in Seattle and Rabobank in San Francisco, where she focused on a wide spectrum of seafood, food and forestry clients. She also covered the global seafood space across Rabobank’s networks in Europe and Asia. She has an extensive knowledge of the fishing community and understanding of the opportunities available.
Cameron Russell | Moss Adams
Cameron Russell has been with Moss Adams since 2017, focusing on tax services and planning for seafood companies. With 10 years of experience as a commercial fisherman in Bristol, Cameron's industry insights and connections are invaluable to his work. He has been active in the Northwest Fisheries Association since 2019 and looks forward to contributing further as a board member.
David Miller | Canfisco
David Miller is the General Manager for Leader Creek Fisheries, owned by Canfisco USA. He has worked in the Bristol Bay fishing industry for more than 30 years. He has learned all facets of the business through many roles with Canfisco. David’s expertise in the fishing industry enhances the board’s ability to bring great programing to our members.

Carleigh Hugh | Canfisco Group
Carleigh Hugh has over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on seafood. Growing up in a commercial fishing family, she has a lifelong passion for the sector. She currently manages North American accounts at Canfisco Group and was recently recognized for her achievements. Carleigh is also a Red Seal Chef and holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management. She enjoys outdoor activities and is excited to contribute to the Northwest Fisheries Association as a trustee.
Rachel May | Orca Bay Foods
Rachel May, a native of the Pacific Northwest, works as Brand Manager at Orca Bay Foods. She has grown from a graphic designer to a leadership role in the company, helping it engage more with the seafood community. Passionate about sustainability, Rachel wants to help the Northwest Fisheries Association advance its mission through her skills in branding and design.
Steven Nast | Northline Seafoods
Steven Nast brings a global perspective to Northline Seafoods, having worked in Italy, Mexico, and Washington. With experience in seafood, wine, and meat production, he was recently appointed to the salmon species committee at ASMI. Steven enjoys biking, skiing, and traveling, and he is excited to bring his expertise to the Northwest Fisheries Association board.

Dillon Gavazzoni | Alaskan Leader Seafoods
Dillon Gavazzoni has worked in the seafood industry for more than seven years, bringing hands-on experience across operations and supply chain management. In 2024, he was appointed Vice President of Operations at Alaskan Leader Seafoods, where he oversees operational strategy, efficiency, and day-to-day execution. Dillon is known for his practical leadership approach and commitment to strengthening sustainable, well-run seafood businesses that support fishermen and coastal communities.
Dylan Jiao | Fishermen’s Finest, Inc.
Dylan Jiao, CPA serves as Chief Financial Officer at Fishermen’s Finest, Inc., where he oversees financial strategy, accounting, and compliance for one of the nation’s leading fishing companies. With a strong background in financial management and a CPA credential, Dylan brings disciplined fiscal oversight and strategic insight to support long-term stability and growth within the seafood industry.
Jose Montero | Trident Foods
José is a seasoned seafood industry professional with over a decade of experience in sales, procurement, and product management. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Salmon at Trident Seafoods, José oversees the strategic management of one of the company’s most critical product lines. His role involves optimizing product performance, driving market growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality seafood to customers around the globe. José is deeply committed to supporting sustainable seafood practices and fostering collaboration across the industry to ensure long-term resource viability. His extensive experience and passion for seafood sustainability make him a natural fit for the Northwest Fisheries Association Board.

As the Executive Director of Northwest Fisheries Association, Katrina leads the association’s efforts in planning monthly member meetings and quarterly events across Alaska, Washington, and Oregon, with a focus on strengthening industry relationships, expanding educational opportunities, and growing scholarship programs. Katrina is passionate about fostering collaboration and providing value to NWFA members through engaging, purposeful gatherings.
