Rogge is the grocery division of Charlie’s Produce, which has been provisioning companies and vessels throughout Alaska for over seventy years. Rogge has built a reputation for providing outstanding customer service and has developed unparalleled expertise in product selection and handling for remote markets.

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm with some flexibility (rotating holidays and some overtime)

The Role
This position is responsible for addressing customer’s needs and ensuring the satisfaction of the customers. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling complaints, processing orders, providing information about products and services and assisting outside salespersons.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
Answer customer emails; phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s expectations
Maintain effective; professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
